ORGANIZERS AND VENUE

The Congress is co-organized by the International Federation of Catholic Medical Associations (FIAMC) and the Pontifical Academy for Life (PAV). It will be held from November 10 to 12, 2025, at the “Augustinianum” Congress Center, located at Via Paolo VI 25, Rome.

 

REGISTRATION PROCEDURE

Registration is required for both in-person and online participation and must be completed by November 3, 2025.
Please note that in-person registration will close earlier if capacity is reached, as places are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

 

REGISTRATION FEES FOR IN-PERSON PARTICIPATION

- Early registration (by September 30, 2025):    

• FIAMC and PAV Members: €300
• Non-members: €400

- Late registration (from October 1, 2025):

• FIAMC and PAV Members: €370
• Non-members: €470

Availability is limited and registrations will be accepted in the order they are received, until capacity is reached.

 

ON-LINE PARTICIPATION FEE

A fee of €100 applies to all on-line participants.
Once registration and payment are completed, a connection link will be sent shortly before the Congress.

 

YOUNG PARTICIPANTS (MAXIMUM AGE: 35)

Participants aged 35 or younger may attend either in-person or on-line for a reduced fee of €100.

SIMULTANEOUS TRANSLATION

Simultaneous translation will be available in English, Italian, French, and Spanish for both in-person and on-line participants.

NOT INCLUDED IN THE IN-PERSON REGISTRATION FEE

Travel and accommodation expenses are not included and must be arranged individually by each participant. Any costs not explicitly listed under "Included in the in-person registration fee" are not covered.

CERTIFICATE OF PARTICIPATION

Certificates of participation can be requested via email (health@pav.va) after the conclusion of the Congress and will be sent as PDF attachments.

 

VISA

Participants requiring a visa to travel to Rome are kindly asked to notify the organizers well in advance, due to the length of the bureaucratic process.

 

GALA DINNER

The Gala Dinner, included in the in-person registration fee, will take place on the evening of Tuesday, November 11.
Participation must be indicated on the registration form.
